Opscore is a process management and operations monitoring platform and application, providing interactive real-time and historical reporting and analysis capabilities that are necessary to optimize multidisciplinary operations processes.

A popular use of this platform is exemplified in the pre-start checklist process. In this process, a form completed by the operator/driver of a vehicle. The form contains critical information such the site details, personnel information, vehicle information and is used to identify the condition of critical components as well as safety risks and compliance.
Upon completion, the operator submits the checklist to the supervisor for approval. At approval, the response may be:
- Rejected – When the supervisor is not convinced that the checklist has been properly done
- Green/Go – when the supervisor is satisfied that the checklist has been correctly done and no defects identified or
- Red/No Go- When there are critical issues on the vehicle that need to be attended to
In the event of a No Go, the response will be routed to the maintenance team through an automated job card process.
Jobs generated will be sorted according to a pre-defined priority list and the maintenance/response team will be able to intelligently assign jobs to the most suitable technicians. Key performance data such as MTTR and inventory reconciliations is easily retrieved from the system.
