Welcome to Vision AI Tech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (vision-ai.tech), the purchase of industrial drone and LiDAR equipment, software licenses, and the booking of confined-space stope mapping services.

By accessing our website, registering an account, or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

1. User Accounts & Registration

To purchase equipment, obtain software licenses, or access client portal downloads, you must create a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Industrial Drone & LiDAR Services

  • Equipment Sales & Integrations: We provide Flyability ELIOS 3 drone integration and high-precision LiDAR mapping hardware. Operation of these drone systems is subject to local aviation regulations (SACAA in South Africa, CAAZ in Zimbabwe).
  • Onsite Inspection Bookings: Bookings for stope mapping or asset integrity inspections require clear access, safety inductions, and compliance with the client's internal mine health and safety rules.
  • Warranties: All drone hardware and industrial sensors are subject to manufacturer warranties as detailed in the product documentation. We provide technical support and diagnostics according to SLA agreements.

3. Pricing, Billing, & Dynamic Exchange Rates

  • Currencies: Prices are displayed dynamically in South African Rand (ZAR) or US Dollars (USD) depending on regional detection or preference.
  • Payment Processing: Transactions are cleared through Paystack (for ZAR checkouts) or Paynow (for Zimbabwean mobile money and cards). All invoices must be settled prior to equipment shipment or scheduling of field services.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the high-value industrial nature of the equipment and custom-scheduled nature of stope mapping operations, all hardware orders and service bookings are subject to our standard corporate cancellation policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary software, computer vision algorithms, 3D render tools, websites, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Vision AI Tech. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the specific 3D stope models, LiDAR point clouds, and inspection reports generated for them, subject to our limited right to use anonymized spatial data for AI model validation and improvement.

5. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES, SOFTWARE, AND EQUIPMENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WHILE WE STRIVE FOR 100% MAPPING ACCURACY AND DRONE SAFETY, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT DRONE OPERATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED IN EXTREME CONFINED-SPACE ENVIRONMENTS OR THAT MAPPING MODELS ARE FREE OF STATISTICAL MARGINS OF ERROR.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISION AI TECH IS NOT LIABLE FOR OPERATIONAL DOWNTIME, LOSS OF DATA, EQUIPMENT DAMAGE INCURRED IN HAZARDOUS MINING ENVIRONMENTS, OR INDIRECT/CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of South Africa (for ZA operations) and the Republic of Zimbabwe (for ZW operations), without reference to their conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Johannesburg or Harare.
